What is One on One Emotional Release Process?
It is an alternative approach to traditional therapy or counseling. With a strong focus on helping to correct limiting or negative beliefs and replace them with truth and positivity. When we revisit our negative beliefs and clear emotional negativity, we open a space for our heart to forgive and heal.
A typical process for an adult lasts about an hour and a half and is done in a quiet space in person or over the phone.
The process feels much like a guided meditation, where we will identify an age to work on. Together, we identify the root of your belief patterns while looking at the choices, and emotional perceptions at that age. Through languaging and visualization, you will be able to release the negative emotions and the patterns of imbalance and come to a place of healing.
During the process the following techniques are used; guided imagery, applied kinesiology (muscle response testing), chakra work, speaking out feelings, role play, emotional release work, guided visualization and meditation.
